Ivo Ploemen is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and consultancy in the life sciences sector. Since January 2024, Ivo has served as Co-founder and Co-CEO of Praetorian Bio, while also running Ploemen Life Science Consultancy since July 2019. Ivo's former roles include strategic positions at Cerba Research, Provention Bio, and Intravacc, where Ivo led business development and licensing efforts, focusing on innovative projects in vaccinology. Ivo holds an eMBA from TIAS School for Business and Society and a PhD in Medical Microbiology from Radboud University, complemented by a Master’s degree in Biomedical Science from the same institution.
