Tord Dale is an experienced leader in sustainability and strategic communication, currently serving as the head of sustainability at Hovedorganisasjonen Virke since January 2021. Previously, Tord was a partner at Footprint, where contributions included the development of analytical tools for a newly founded company. As the former managing director of Maritimt Forum, Tord managed an organization representing Norway's maritime sector, which plays a significant role in the country's economy. Tord's background also includes roles in public affairs at Burson-Marsteller, political advising for various government ministries, and external affairs management at GSK. Tord possesses multiple advanced degrees in management and sustainability from BI Norwegian Business School and has a bachelor's degree from Oslo and Akershus University College.
