Sébastien CHOSSEC has a diverse range of work experience in the field of audit and risk management. Sébastien is currently the Group Internal Audit Director at CGG, a position they have held since December 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Groupement Les Mousquetaires from 2014 to 2023, where they served as the Manager of Operational Risks and then as the Manager of Internal Audit. From 2007 to 2014, they worked at InVivo, first as the Head of Internal Audit and then as a Financial Controller. Before that, they were an Senior Internal Auditor at celio from 2005 to 2007. Sébastien began their career in 2001, working at Salustro Reydel as a Mission Manager for Financial Audit, and at KPMG as a Financial Auditor.
Sébastien Chossec attended École Supérieure de Commerce Et de Management - ESCEM from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a degree in Audit et Expertise comptable. Sébastien also obtained a DECF in Comptabilité et finance from the same institution in 2001. In 1997, they studied at Swansea Institute of Higher Education and received a High National Diploma in Affaires, gestion, marketing et services de soutien apparentés. Prior to that, they completed a DUT in gestion administrative et commerciale des organisations with a specialization in Gestion appliquées aux Petites et Moyennes Organisations (GAPMO) from IUT de Quimper in 1995-1997.
Furthermore, Sébastien Chossec has obtained additional certifications, including Forensic Accounting and Fraud Examination from West Virginia University in 2021 and Management du changement from ESSEC Business School, also in 2021.
