Kevin Stenhouse is an experienced professional with a diverse background in real estate, fundraising, and insurance. Since December 2007, Kevin has served as a Broker at Real People Realty, specializing in REO services in DuPage, Will, and Cook counties, collaborating with legal teams and local sheriff offices to facilitate smooth transitions of occupancy. Additionally, since August 2011, Kevin has been a Fundraising Specialist at Viridian Energy, advising 501(c) organizations, religious groups, and schools on generating sustainable residual income amidst declining traditional fundraising methods. Previously, from July 2000 to March 2010, Kevin worked as a Direct Sales Professional at Allstate Insurance, where responsibilities included selling a variety of insurance products and providing exceptional customer service by educating clients on coverage options. Kevin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Robert Morris University - Illinois, earned between 1995 and 1998.
