Madeleine Bertie serves as Programme Director at Chapter Zero since July 2023, focusing on designing and delivering a programme for non-executive directors to promote action on climate change in UK boards. Prior to this role, Madeleine held multiple positions at The Carbon Trust from June 2017 to July 2023, including Senior Programme Manager and Proposition Marketing Manager, where responsibilities included leading marketing strategies for corporate sustainability, managing global campaigns, and fostering relationships with key partners. Madeleine's earlier experience includes roles such as Global Partnerships and Events Manager and managing various events and strategic partnerships to elevate the Carbon Trust's brand. Madeleine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science from the University of East Anglia, earned between 2013 and 2016.
