Molly Layton is an experienced educator with a strong background in teaching and academic administration. Currently a student at Virginia Theological Seminary since September 2019, Molly previously served as the Diploma Programme Coordinator and 12th Grade Humanities Teacher at Brooklyn Prospect Charter School from August 2015 to June 2019. In this role, responsibilities included promoting the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme, managing essential IB documentation, and developing curriculum. Prior to this, Molly taught IB History at Universal American School of Dubai and held the position of Classics Teacher and Department Chair at Tabor Academy. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Private School Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Master's Degree in Classics from Cornell University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Classics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
