Jacob Shivers has a robust background in analysis and linguistics, currently serving as an Analyst at Altamira Technologies Corporation since March 2023. Prior to this role, Jacob worked as an Analyst at Virginia Systems and Technology, Inc. from January 2017 to March 2023. Jacob's earlier experience includes serving as a Cryptologic Linguist in the US Army from March 2012 to February 2017, specializing as a 35P Pashto linguist. Academically, Jacob holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Penn State University (2016-2018) and an Associate's degree in Pashto from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (2012-2013).
