Lynne Foster has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Lynne started their career in 1992 as a Project Coordinator/Office Manager for Ballet Society at the New York City Ballet, where they handled billing and payroll, managed archives, and assisted with various publishing and research tasks.
In 2002, they became a Project Coordinator at Celtic Experience Co, where they were responsible for coordinating projects. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as a Commissioned Sales & Merchandising employee at Meier & Frank.
Starting in 2006, Lynne became a Sales Administrator at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, where they worked until 2008. In 2009, they joined the Cerimon House as a member of the Board of Directors until 2012. Lynne also served on the Capital Campaign Committee from 2010 to 2011.
From 2012 to 2013, Lynne was an Executive Administrator at Hughes Electrical Contractors. Lynne then moved on to a role as an Office Administrator at the City of Hillsboro from August 2013 to November 2013. In the same year, they also took on the role of Vice President/Public Relations and Past President at Toastmasters International.
Lynne's most recent role was as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Medical Officer at the Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center and Foundation, where they worked from April 2014 to September 2018. In this role, they also served as the Site Coordinator for the Residency Program for The Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education. Lynne oversaw student rotations, coordinated clinic schedules, supervised intern and extern placements, and coordinated interview schedules for residency program applicants.
Throughout their career, Lynne has shown versatility and adaptability in various administrative and coordination roles, contributing to the success of the organizations they have worked for.
Lynne Foster attended San Domenico School from 1970 to 1974, where they pursued a College Preparatory Liberal Arts program and completed their high school education. Following that, from 1974 to 1976, they enrolled at the College of Marin and earned three separate associate degrees. Their fields of study during their time at the College of Marin were Dramatic Arts, Liberal Arts/Science, and Retail Merchandising.
