Laura Ramsey has extensive experience in accounting and financial management, currently serving as Controller at Virginia Distillery Co. since May 2021. Previously, Laura held the position of Controller at Richards Group, Inc. from March 2019 to May 2021. Prior to that, Laura operated MONtiques LLC, a modern mix antiques and decor boutique, from April 2014 to April 2019. Laura's career also includes roles as Senior Accountant at HCA Healthcare and Senior Staff Accountant at Cherry Bekaert LLP. Early experience includes positions as Accountant at Ply Gem and Staff Accountant at Cherry, Bekaert & Holland. Laura holds both a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree in Accounting from Virginia Tech, completed between 2005 and 2010.
