Joseph Webb, P.E. has a wealth of experience in the field of engineering and land development. Starting as a Project Engineer at Greenhorne & O'Mara, Inc, Joseph worked their way up to Vice President at Barnes & Johnson, Inc. Joseph also owned their own consulting company and worked in various roles at different organizations, including the City of Manassas and the Virginia Department of Transportation. With a BS in Agricultural Engineering from Penn State University and an MBA in Marketing, Logistics, and Operations Management from The George Washington University, Joseph brings a strong educational background to their work in the industry.
