Paige Crump has a extensive career in the financial industry and has held various senior roles at Virginia Credit Union. Paige started as VP, Internal Audit & Security in 1991 and later transitioned to Information Security Manager in 2001. In 2012, they became VP / IT Governance & Risk Management before taking on their current role as SVP, Governance & Risk in 2016. Prior to their time at Virginia Credit Union, Crump worked at KPMG US where they served as a Senior Manager from 1982 to 1991.

Paige Crump attended the University of Richmond from 1978 to 1982, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration. Their field of study at the university was Accounting and Related Services.
