Greg Picozzi is a seasoned data technology executive with extensive experience in leading data-driven initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Data at Virgin Voyages since September 2024, Greg previously held the position of Director of Information Management & Analytics at Wrench Group. Between January 2023 and September 2023, Greg worked as a freelance consultant specializing in data and analytics, helping organizations enhance data quality and standardize definitions. Notably, from March 2015 to December 2022, Greg was the Vice President of Data at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., where Greg spearheaded data modernization strategies that improved enterprise data quality and reduced costs. Greg also held leadership roles at Prestige Cruise Holdings, AlphaStaff, and Macy's, focusing on data engineering, business intelligence, and IT project management. Greg holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with an emphasis on Data Warehousing from Kaplan University.
