Danica Čolić is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at Virgin Voyages, Danica has previously held key positions including Human Resources Manager at Celebrity Cruises, Inc. and Learning and Development Consultant at Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd. Danica's extensive background also includes multiple roles at IBM, such as Learning Manager and Learning Program Manager. Danica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics and Literature from the University of Malta and the University of Novi Sad.
