Archana Thapar is a highly experienced technology professional with a strong background in software development and management. Currently serving as a Consultant in the Web Pod at Virgin Voyages since December 2023, Archana has held various leadership roles at DeCurtis Corporation from June 2018 to September 2023, including Technical Director and Senior Engineering Manager. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Developer at Kirusa Inc., Director at ADA Systems Pvt. Ltd., and several managerial roles at CIStems Software Ltd., where responsibilities included teaching computer science courses and leading technical teams. Archana began the career at CIStems Software Ltd. and Rajasthan State Agency for Computer Services, contributing to government applications in agriculture and healthcare automation.
