Susan Ortega is an experienced technical web producer and digital content expert currently working at New York City Tourism + Conventions since October 2017. Prior to this role, Susan held positions at Medscape as a production associate and UrbanDaddy as a freelance e-commerce intern. Earlier experience includes serving as a web producer/community support supervisor at Here Media, Inc., a data coordinator at Silver Moon Creations, an e-commerce administrator at Art Frame Direct, and an outbound collector at AT&T Mobility. Susan also completed a graphic design internship at Manheim. Susan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Media from the University of Central Florida.
