Previously, Christopher held key roles at The Source, Gap Inc., and Sears Canada, focusing on HR, training, and operational leadership. Christopher began a career in management at Canada's Wonderland and Starbucks, showcasing a strong background in operational oversight and team development. Educational qualifications include a diploma in Human Resource Business from George Brown College and additional studies at Wilfrid Laurier University.
