Gavin Giles is a seasoned professional in business intelligence and data management, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Virgin Media Ireland since January 2011. With a progressive career at the company, Gavin has held various titles including Business Intelligence Manager, Business Intelligence Team Lead, and Business Intelligence Specialist, where responsibilities included leading the development of a Pan-European data warehouse solution and managing RPD for report writers. Prior to this role, Gavin worked at Meteor Mobile Communications from December 2008 to January 2011, where contributions included support for the Singl.eView billing system and performance testing. Gavin began the career in IT operations at Meteor from 2005 to 2007, focusing on SIM and phone management systems. An alumnus of Maynooth University, Gavin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Software Engineering.
