Paul Smith is a seasoned professional in service management with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as the Service Delivery Manager at London Grid for Learning Trust since April 2019, Paul oversees all service management activities and manages bandwidth upgrade projects. Prior to this role, Paul held various positions at Virgin Media Business from June 1997, including Senior Service Relationship Manager and Senior Service Manager, where responsibilities included managing support models for London Grid for Learning and the Hertfordshire Grid for Learning Project.
