Samantha Carlton currently serves as a Board Committee Member for the Aviation Strategic Workforce Planning at Industry Skills Australia and as the General Manager of People Operations at Virgin Australia. With extensive experience in human resources, Samantha previously held multiple leadership roles at UGL, including General Manager of People & Culture and Executive Change Manager, where efforts focused on cultural change and operational discipline. Earlier in the career, Samantha worked as Recruitment Manager at the Department of Transport and Main Roads. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Communications from The University of Queensland and a Company Director's Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
