Lucy Lawrie is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, insights, and engineering across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of CVP and Insights at Virgin Australia since May 2022, Lucy previously held the position of Senior Manager Customer Strategy and Insights. Prior to Virgin Australia, Lucy spent over three years at Boston Consulting Group as a Project Leader and Consultant. Lucy also contributed to New Metrics LLC as a Client Engagement Manager, playing a key role in establishing the company within the Oman market. In the oil and gas sector, Lucy held several positions at Schlumberger, including Technical Sales Support Engineer and Senior Field Engineer, where operational excellence and client liaison were essential. Earlier experience includes a role as Compliance Coordinator at Allied Petroleum. Lucy earned an MBA from IE Business School and a BE(Hons) in Chemical and Process Engineering from the University of Canterbury.
