Kate Toland is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as Manager of Learning, Capability and Quality at Virgin Australia since October 2021. Previously, Kate held the position of Learning and Development Lead at Stantec from September 2020 to October 2021 and served as Learning and Development Manager and Learning and Development Specialist at Minor Hotels from January 2014 to September 2020. Kate holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Southern Queensland and a Bachelor of Education from Griffith University.
