Joanna Glynn is an experienced leader in employee relations, currently serving as the General Manager of Group Workplace Relations at Virgin Australia since February 2023. Previously, Joanna held the position of Global Head of Employee Relations and Policy at Diageo, establishing a global Employee Relations Centre of Excellence that provided strategic guidance across multiple regions. With a strong background in workplace relations and law, Joanna has also led employee relations initiatives at Boston Consulting Group and Virgin Media, in addition to holding senior legal roles at prominent law firms, including partners at Corrs Chambers Westgarth and Herbert Smith Freehills. Joanna's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Queensland and postgraduate diplomas in Legal Practice and Industrial Relations from Queensland University of Technology.
