Emma Crowley is an experienced Account Manager at Virgin Atlantic Cargo since August 2022, responsible for managing daily sales interactions with Cargo Customer Accounts in the UK, promoting the company's services and building customer preference. Prior to this role, Emma spent over twelve years at Virgin Atlantic in the position of Executive - Sales Implementation, where effective task planning and support for the Global sales account management team contributed to revenue-generating contract implementation and achievement of sales targets. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Sussex, obtained between 2002 and 2005.
