Lucy Bayley currently serves as a Group Reformer Pilates teacher at Virgin Active Singapore, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Lucy accumulated extensive experience in production and operations, including positions such as Production Manager and Producer at Brave Bison and Manager of Operations at OMFIF. Other notable roles include Production Manager at Chimney, Production Coordinator at BBC Worldwide, and Digital Production Coordinator at BBC. Early in Lucy's career, experience as a Production Assistant at IMG involved international bookings and scheduling for various sporting events. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Illustration from the University of the West of England and foundational education in Design and Applied Arts and secondary schooling at Rye St Antony School.
