Jen Sirovina

Client Support Engineer Analyst at Virence Health

Jen Sirovina has extensive experience in customer support and client relations, currently serving as a Customer Support Analyst at symplr, as well as a Client Support Engineer Analyst at both Virence Health and GE Healthcare since October 2012. In these roles, Jen is responsible for providing exceptional client assistance, diagnosing and resolving software issues, and mentoring peers while actively participating in training opportunities. Previously, Jen worked as a Dental Assistant and Team Lead at Complete Mobile Dentistry from May 2005 to October 2012. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Project Management at DeVry University, Jen holds a high school diploma from Harold Vincent High School, graduated in 1999.
