Jackie Ryan has a diversified work experience spanning over multiple companies. Jackie is currently the Executive Director of Customer Success at athenahealth since September 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Strategic Accounts at Virence Health in 2018. Jackie spent a significant portion of their career at GE Healthcare, holding various roles such as Director of Strategic Accounts, Senior Account Development Manager, Dedicated Client Services Director, Dedicated Client Services Manager, Account Manager, Strategic Account Analyst, and Software Analyst. Their responsibilities in these roles included driving client satisfaction and growth, managing support and administrative activities, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring customer success and satisfaction. Before joining GE Healthcare, Jackie worked as a Financial Resource Specialist at Brigham and Women's Hospital from June 1998 to September 1999.

Jackie Ryan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Stonehill College. This education took place from 1994 to 1998.
