Bahar Sinan Köse has been working in the Human Resources field since 2011. Bahar started as an Intern at Iskur - Agency of Employment in 2011. Bahar then became a Human Resources Intern at HUMANICA İnsan Kaynakları Yönetim Danışmanlığı in 2013 and at Basamak Hizmetler Grubu ve İnsan Kaynakları in 2015. In 2016, they became a Recruitment Specialist at Net Danışmanlık / Net Consulting. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at Getir, where they held the roles of People Business Partner, Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Recruitment Specialist. In 2022, they became the Head of People & Culture at viravira.co.

Bahar Sinan Köse completed a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Istanbul University from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Labour Economics and Industrial Relations from Pamukkale Üniversitesi (PAÜ) from 2009 to 2013.
