Elina Dashyan has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Elina currently works at SmartClick as the Human Resources Lead, where they have been since September 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior People Operations Specialist at the same company from October 2020 to September 2022. Before that, Elina worked as a People Operations Specialist at SmartClick from October 2019 to October 2020.

In 2020, Elina co-founded The Benefit Armenia. Elina served as a Co-Founder and was involved in the company's operations.

In addition, Elina has worked at Viralmango as an HR lead, starting in September 2022. Elina also held the role of Senior People Operations Specialist at Viralmango from July 2022 to September 2022.

Elina has also worked as a Lecturer at Yerevan State University from March 2021 to March 2022.

Prior to their current roles, Elina worked as a Technical Recruiter at an undisclosed company from June 2019 to July 2021.

Elina's experience also includes working as a Facilitator and Trainer at the "21st-century leaders forum" NGO from September 2014 to July 2020.

Elina has held multiple HR roles at different organizations, including Incredo as a Human Resources Specialist/Recruiter from January 2019 to October 2019, Armenian Code Academy as a Human Resources Specialist from March 2018 to December 2018, and Rosgosstrakh as an HR associate from June 2017 to March 2018.

Prior to their career in HR, Elina served as the CEO of Tea Art LLC from November 2015 to August 2018.

Elina Dashyan completed their educational journey with a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Yerevan State University, from the years 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same university, spanning from 2014 to 2018. In 2017, they participated in several short courses and programs, such as the "Innovation Management" course at the Third International Youth Scientific School, a practical course on "Skills and Techniques of Psychological Counseling" at Yerevan State University, and a program in the Department of Psychological expertise at the National Bureau Of Expertise State SNPO. In 2016, Elina completed a training course on Innovative Business Ideas Generation and Entrepreneurship at UNIDO. Elina also attended the Academy for Social Democracy, organized by Friedrich Ebert Stiftung, in 2015. Additionally, they participated in the "Ayb Media summer school" program offered by AYB School in 2013. Elina Dashyan also holds a certification in TOT course from the "AYG" center for psychological services, which they obtained in December 2017.
