Dr Beverley Taylor

Coaching manager (Stella app) at Vira Health

Dr Beverley Taylor has over 14 years of work experience in the field of menopause and women's health. In 2022, they began working as a Coaching Manager (Stella app) for Vira Health and as a self-employed Menopause Specialist and Menopause Awareness Trainer for Bump to Beyond. From 2016 to 2022, they were the Menopause/Women's Health Lead and Research Manager at the General Medical Council, where they ran training on menopause, behavioural insights and research methods. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a Research Manager and Senior Research Associate for Adelphi Values. From 2008 to 2012, they were a Post Doctoral Researcher at Kings College London, conducting a randomised control trial to investigate cognitive behavioural therapy for menopausal hot flushes and night sweats. In 2007, they began their career as a Research Assistant at Brunel University.

Dr Beverley Taylor completed their Professional Doctorate in Health Psychology at Staffordshire University from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained their MSc in Health Psychology from the same university between 2005 and 2006. Dr Beverley also earned their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology from Staffordshire University between 2002 and 2005.
