Rafael Manzo is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in leading development teams and managing complex projects. Currently serving as Lead Software Engineer at VIQ Solutions since May 2020, Rafael coordinates teams in Mexico and India while facilitating integrations for the NetScribe product across multiple regions, including the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. Prior to this role, Rafael held positions as Senior Software Engineer, Scrum Master, and Software Engineer at VIQ Solutions, contributing to project analysis and SCRUM implementation. Rafael's experience also includes working at DealerSocket, Vimifos Capital, Stratia Consultores, and Universidad de Colima, focusing on .NET technologies, web and mobile development, and ERP solutions. Rafael obtained a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from Universidad de Colima in 2018.
