Sylvain Allain has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Sylvain began their career in 2004 as a project manager at Automaxi International and worked there until 2008. Sylvain then joined Telene S.A.S as Deputy Technical Manager in 2009, where they specialized in developing and distributing DCPD-based thermoset resins. In 2018, Sylvain moved to DEMETA S.A.S as the Chief Operations Officer, where they were responsible for industrializing lab developments, organizing the supply chain, and providing technical support to customers. Currently, Sylvain is the Chief Operations Officer at Vipo, a position they took on in 2023.

Sylvain ALLAIN attended the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy from 2001 to 2004. During their time there, they pursued an Engineering degree with a specialization in Technics of industry - Design and mechanical engineering.
