Olly Woolrych is an experienced community management professional currently serving as a Senior Community Manager at Employment Hero since April 2024. In addition, Woolrych co-founded [mo]re than a run in July 2021, a successful community fundraising initiative that has raised $2.05 million, and Vipers Run Club in March 2019, a registered not-for-profit organization with nearly 200 members focused on men's mental well-being. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Community Manager at Fiverr from January 2022 to April 2024, where the aim was to build a robust community of freelance workers within the Asia-Pacific region. Woolrych also coordinated community relations for Cancer Council NSW from January 2018 to January 2022, fostering sustainable community relationships, and served as Community Engagement Lead at Pace Athletic from December 2015 to August 2017, where engagement with stakeholders was key to building the customer base.
