Derik Burr has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Derik started as a Sales Manager at VIP Taxi in January 2012 and remained in that position until April 2021. In March 2020, they were promoted to Regional Director of Operations at VIP Taxi and held this position until April 2021. Finally, in April 2021, they became the Director of Business Development at VIP Taxi. In addition to their experience at VIP Taxi, Derik also has experience as a Small Business Owner at Blue and Gold Services LLC, starting in July 2013.

Derik Burr attended Saint Leo University from 2016 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Additionally, in 2022, Derik began pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Life Coaching from Grand Canyon University. On the side, Derik also obtained a certification as a Notary Public from the Arizona Secretary of State in February 2014.
