Isuru Wijesundara has a diverse work experience. Isuru is the Co-Founder of Vioneta, where they are involved in building a new generation of edge computing infrastructure. Isuru has also co-founded Ezormart, a tech-focused e-commerce startup with a global reach. Prior to that, Isuru worked as an Intern-Project Support at Manukau Institute of Technology and as an Intern at Megatrend Lanka Freight Forwarding.

Isuru Wijesundara attended the General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University from 2013 to 2016, where they earned a Bsc in Logistics Management with a focus on Transportation Management. Isuru also pursued a Graduate diploma in Project Management at the Manukau Institute of Technology, although the start and end years are unknown. Additionally, Isuru Wijesundara undertook various qualifications in human resource management and marketing. Isuru pursued a Certificate course in Human Resource Management at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) from 2014 to 2015. Furthermore, they enrolled in the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management again from 2015 to 2017 to pursue a Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management (PQHRM). Isuru Wijesundara was also following a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing at the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing from 2015 to 2017.
