Kathrin Holzberg is currently the Director Human Resources Germany at Vion Food Group. Kathrin has a strong background in Human Resources, Change Management, and Employee Relations, with experience in companies such as phase5 empowering GmbH, Amazon Logistics, and Heinrich Heine GmbH. Kathrin also has a solid educational foundation, holding a Magister Artium in Political Science, Italian Literature and Linguistics from the University of Mannheim, and certifications in Agile Coaching and Scrum Master.
