Rhea Gupta is a seasoned entrepreneur and co-founder with extensive experience in the technology and education sectors. As the Founder of POSH at Workplace since January 2021, Rhea has been dedicated to promoting a safe and inclusive work environment. Additionally, Rhea has co-founded Violet Infosystems Pvt. Ltd. and Zobble Solutions, the latter partnering with Gunjan to provide e-learning and corporate training solutions. Rhea also founded WOM Academy Pvt. Ltd. in September 2005 and has experience as a web developer at Mentorix from 2001 to 2002. Rhea Gupta holds a Diploma in Business Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from the University of Mumbai.
