Jim Cicchini is the Vice President of Development at Violet Crown Management, LLC. Previously, Jim held executive positions at Reger Holdings, LLC, KBK Enterprises, and Lincoln Property Company, where Jim was responsible for land acquisition, planning, development, financing, and construction of multi-family projects in various regions. With a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Washington & Jefferson College, Jim has extensive experience managing projects with budgets ranging from $35 million to $435 million.
