Francesc Pellicero has a diverse range of work experience in the field of software engineering. Francesc is currently working at Vio.com (formerly FindHotel) as a Staff Frontend Engineer, where they began in December 2022 after holding the position of Senior Frontend Engineer from December 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining Vio.com, Francesc worked at Tiendeo from 2018 to 2021. Francesc started as a Full Stack Developer in September 2014 and played a crucial role in migrating legacy web applications to React.js. In June 2018, they transitioned to the role of Frontend Developer at Atrápalo, where they focused on building and maintaining data forms using React/Redux and Typescript.

Francesc's next role was at Tiendeo, where they took on the position of Senior Frontend Developer from June 2018 to September 2019. During this time, they led the architecture definition and implementation of a new frontend strategy using the latest technologies, including React, NextJS, and Typescript.

From October 2019 to November 2021, Francesc became a Team Lead at Tiendeo, responsible for leading an Agile team working on the Tiendeo Cashback project. Francesc worked closely with Product and UX to translate requirements into software and was the owner of the project's technological vision.

Francesc's career started at Fundacio Equilibri in February 2013, where they worked as a Junior Programmer. Here, they built static websites based on Drupal, developed HTML and CSS layouts, and built custom Drupal modules using PHP.

Throughout their career, Francesc has gained extensive experience in frontend development, backend development, technology architecture, and project leadership.

Francesc Pellicero obtained an Engineer's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. In 2013, they also briefly attended the Leeds Beckett University, where they pursued the same degree and field of study.
