Robert Merrick has over 35 years of business and project management experience. Mr. Merrick is a results-driven team leader experienced in implementing processes and controlling change to address business issues and facilitate solutions. Mr. Merrick has performed various roles in IT professional services consulting firms working in the Finance, Healthcare, and Travel industries. His experience includes leading software development and business intelligence projects using a traditional waterfall and Agile methodologies leveraging earned value, change management, and risk management techniques.

Mr. Merrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Southwest Missouri University, a Masters in Business Administration from Lindenwood University, and multiple certifications in IT Project Management including the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
