Allen Cooper currently serves as Vice President and Branch Manager at Vintage Bank Kansas since July 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Vice President of Lending and Business Development at Exchange Bank from August 2018 to July 2022, where responsibilities focused on developing new business and underwriting loans. Prior positions encompassed Assistant Vice President of Lending at RCB Bank, and Vice President roles at Community National Bank & Trust and Midland National Bank, where Allen successfully opened a new bank location and managed loan portfolios. Educational qualifications include diplomas from the American Bankers' Association in various lending and banking disciplines, as well as diplomas from the Kansas/Nebraska School of Banking in banking fundamentals and lending principles.
