Ranesh Bajaj has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Ranesh is currently the Director at VINSAK, a technology company in the printing industry. Ranesh has been with VINSAK since 1994 and also holds the position of Director. In 2018, Ranesh Bajaj co-founded Fasiculus, a company focused on packaging, labeling, printing science, and digitizing brands. Additionally, they have previous experience as a Director at Secure Print Equipment Suppliers Fze, starting in 2013.

Ranesh Bajaj completed their high school education at St Kabir Public School in Chandigarh from 1979 to 1982. Ranesh then pursued a pre-engineering program in Physical Sciences at D.A.V. College in Chandigarh. Later, from 1984 to 1988, they attended Punjab Engineering College where they obtained a BE (Hons) degree in Mechanical Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Ranesh also completed the "Ram Charan on Coaching High Potentials" certification from LinkedIn in 2018.
