Emily Waters is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and wine industries, currently serving as General Manager at Vino Volo since June 2013. Prior experience includes roles at Kitsilano Wine Cellar in the BC portfolio from November 2011 to May 2015, as Assistant Sommelier at Hawksworth Restaurant from 2012 to June 2013, and as Sous Chef at Maenam Restaurant from May 2009 to October 2011. Emily's culinary journey began as Chef de Partie at Nahm in the United Kingdom from June 2008 to January 2009. Educational credentials include a WSET Diploma from The Art Institute in Vancouver, obtained between 2012 and 2014, a WSET Level 3 Certification from BC Wine School in 2012, training from Fine Vintage LTD in 2011, and a Red Seal in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Vancouver Community College in 2008.
