Angel Baez Molano has extensive experience in the hospitality and culinary sectors, currently serving as a Wine Associate and Marketing Liaison at Vino Volo since April 2014, where responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, food and wine pair recommendations, and managing food purchasing and supplier relationships. Prior to this role, Angel worked at Johnson & Wales University as a Head Resident Assistant and Science Tutor from 2011 to 2014, and gained culinary experience as a Pastry and Pantry Cook at Bottles Restaurant between June 2008 and August 2010. Angel holds an Associate in Science in Baking and Pastry Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Nutrition with a Food Science Concentration, both from Johnson & Wales University.
