Apostolos Baklavaridis is a seasoned professional in the field of materials science and engineering, currently serving as Technical Manager at Vinmar International since January 2020. Prior to this role, Apostolos held the position of Product Development Engineer at Thrace Group from May 2017 to January 2020. Apostolos also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Lecturer and Research Assistant at the TEI of Western Macedonia from October 2010 to June 2017, engaging in research and teaching while participating in co-funded projects. Additionally, Apostolos was a Researcher at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki from October 2012 to April 2014, focusing on a project related to health-promoting food packaging in collaboration with Romania. Apostolos' early experience includes an internship at the Hellenic Public Power Corporation in July 2005. Apostolos earned a PhD in Polymer/Plastics Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, an MSc in Materials Science and Technology from the National Technical University of Athens, and a BSc in Materials Engineering from the University of Ioannina.
