Carrie Cullen Hitt is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in renewable energy and transmission strategy. Currently serving as Senior Director at Vineyard Offshore since May 2023, Carrie previously held key positions such as Lead Transmission Strategy & Innovation Hub at Equinor and Executive Director at the National Offshore Wind Research and Development Consortium. Earlier roles include President of New Hampshire Transmission at NextEra Energy Resources, Senior Vice President at the Solar Energy Industries Association, and President of The Solar Alliance. Carrie has also contributed to renewable product development at Constellation Energy and market development at Green Mountain Energy Company. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in International Affairs from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Government & History from Clark University.
