Michael Szuma CPA currently serves as Vice President Controller and previously held the position of Assistant Controller at VineBrook Homes LLC since December 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Asset Manager at Welltowerâ„¢ Inc. from March 2019 to June 2020 and holding various financial analyst roles, including Senior FP&A Analyst-Composites and Senior Financial Analyst-Technical Fabrics, at Owens Corning from February 2013 to March 2019. Michael began a career in accounting as an Accountant at Hantz Financial from January 2012 to February 2013 and as a Staff Accountant at Beilharz Consulting, Inc. from February 2010 to January 2012. Michael earned an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, a BS in Accounting, and a BA in Digital Forensics from Defiance College.
