Charles Furman is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with extensive experience in executive coaching and leadership development. Currently serving as an Executive Coach at Vine Technology Solutions, Charles partners with US Navy flag officers and senior civilian executives to drive significant results in their missions. As the Co-Founder and President of the San Diego Leadership Institute, Charles has contributed to the organization being recognized as the #1 Executive Training Company in San Diego for two consecutive years. Additional roles include Certified Partner at The Predictive Index and Executive Coach at Evans Consulting, continuing the focus on supporting Navy leaders. Charles also has experience as a Vistage Chair, Founding President of ICF San Diego Chapter, and Adjunct Faculty Member at the University of San Diego. Previous leadership roles in organizations like Petersen Dean Inc. and Fremont Bank Corporation highlight a strong background in strategic planning, organizational development, and human resources. Charles holds degrees from the University of San Francisco and has completed leadership and transition coaching certification from the Hudson Institute of Coaching.
