Roxana Licara is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in growth marketing and business development across various industries, particularly in the EU region. Currently serving as Head of Marketing at VINDOME and CMO at Epic Visits, Roxana also founded Atob Studio, focusing on marketing strategies for startups and established companies. Previous roles include Digital Marketing Manager at 123FormBuilder, Head of Growth at Dalia's Book, and Digital Marketing Manager at Italchimica East Europe, among others. Roxana holds an MBA in Social Entrepreneurship from the University of Oxford and has completed additional MBA programs focused on entrepreneurship and business management. Recognition includes an award for Best Design Thinking & Launching Market Strategy in a competition for startups in Central and Eastern Europe.
