Peter Bergmark is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in interim management and recruitment within the finance sector. Since August 2006, Peter has been with Vindex AB, serving in multiple roles including CFO, Controller, and in recruitment for finance departments, focusing on development projects related to accounting and management reporting for medium to large companies. Prior to Vindex, Peter held the position of Senior Consultant at BearingPoint, specializing in process improvements and organizational changes, particularly in financial consolidation. Earlier experience includes roles as an analyst at Nordic Investor Services and an assistant at UBS, with a foundation in accounting and managerial finance from Stockholm School of Economics, complemented by an exchange program at Università Bocconi.
