Jouko Rouhiainen has a diverse work experience in various roles. Jouko started their career as a Trainee at TeliaSonera in 2007, where they gained experience in Java and C programming. In 2008, they worked as a Trainee at Nokia, focusing on S60 SW Integration. From 2009 to 2015, they served as a Data Warehouse Specialist at Aureolis Oy. Following that, they joined CSC - IT Center for Science in 2015 and worked as an Application Specialist, focusing on data warehouse specialization. In 2022, they transitioned to Bilot as a Senior Data Engineer, and shortly after, Bilot joined forces with Vincit, where they continue to hold the same position. Through their work experiences, Jouko Rouhiainen has developed strong expertise in data engineering and application development.

Jouko Rouhiainen pursued their education from 2002 to 2012 at LUT University, where they earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree. Jouko'sfield of study revolved around software engineering and communications engineering. In addition to their formal education, Jouko acquired various certifications throughout their career. Notably, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate certification from Microsoft in September 2022. Moreover, they became a Certified Data Vault 2.0 Practitioner through Datavaultalliance in June 2022. Earlier, in September 2012, Jouko became a Certified ScrumMaster. Furthermore, they have received the Microsoft® Certified IT Professional (MCITP) Business Intelligence Developer 2008 certification in March 2011. Additionally, in February 2011, Jouko attained the Microsoft® Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) SQL Server® 2008, Business Intelligence Development and Maintenance certification.
